Sam oversees the management and development of both the internal and external workforce, incorporating the provision of staff, their training and continuous assessment. She leads the implementation of one of ISC’s key differentiators: the provision of high quality, well trained and motivated staff.
As one of the company's senior managers, she has responsibilities at a strategic level to help develop the business, and has played a key part in many of the company’s tender bids and presentations.
Sam is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has worked in a personnel capacity in the security industry since 1993, experiencing the many colourful and changing facets of security operations both from an event and static perspective.
She joined ISC’s predecessor in April 1997, helping to mobilise the fledgling company in 2003. Sam has worked continuously to help develop ISC into the company it is today.
